Annual Maintenance Renewal

Pegasus is pleased to announce a new aggressive annual maintenance program. Major software upgrades are now covered in our customer’s annual maintenance expenditures. This program is only offered with our v4 installations. Software Annual Maintenance can be renewed on a yearly basis by registered users of InveStore. To ensure uninterrupted support assistance, enrollment renewal should be purchased prior to expiration of existing maintenance contract expiration.

Customers without active annual maintenance can upgrade to the latest software revision by reinstating the software maintenance subscription. Contact Pegasus at

Annual Maintenance Program

A Pegasus Annual Maintenance subscription helps to ensure long term support and uninterrupted operation of your archive subsystem by providing the benefits listed on the below:

Pricing
Annual Maintenance includes all items listed below. The renewal price for Annual Maintenance support is approximately 20% of the current list price of your specific v4 model number.

How to renew your Annual Maintenance
Purchase online, or contact your Pegasus supplier and ask to renew your contract, or contact Pegasus directly for assistance.

Getting help outside of the Maintenance Program
Pegasus software users whose enrollment in the Annual Maintenance program has expired have the option of obtaining support on a pay-per-incident basis at a cost of $250.00 per incident.
